Return and Refund Policy

At Buyindikart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and user manuals intact.
Items purchased on clearance sale, promotional discounts, or customized/personalized goods are final sale and non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video proof showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Item: We will cover the complete cost of return pickup or shipping.
Change of Mind / Sizing Issues: A nominal return shipping/reverse pickup fee of ₹100 (or customer-borne return courier cost) will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Send an email to buyindikart@gmail.com with your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return.
Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours and provide instructions for reverse pickup or courier shipping.
Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
5. Refund Processing
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
6. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly, but you may initiate a standard return after delivery.
