​All orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 days after receiving your order confirmation.

​2. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Charges

​Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location across India.

​3. Undelivered Packages & Delivery Attempts

​Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 to 3 times.

​If you are unavailable or the address is incorrect/incomplete, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping in such cases may incur an additional delivery fee.

​4. Damaged or Lost Packages

​If your product arrives physically damaged or if the package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with a video of the outer box and product.
